Ok - so this is a pretty brave move. I very rarely put pics of myself on the net. But, about 8 months ago I realized that I was a fat drunk. I got married and kind of just let myself go. WELL... after looking at THIS PIC:
I realized it was time to get my ass back in shape. I cut out the booze (at least the most of it; still had a few on weekends/off days) and fixed my diet. Actually, fixing my diet came with less drinking. Cutting back on the partying kept me away from QT Taquitos at 2AM before crashing every night. Well, about 6-7 months later my 5 day per week, 4 week rotating program paid off. Please note: I'd been in this shape before so muscle memory helped a lot. Not to mention I've always been genetically gifted... never done a sit up in my life that wasn't during an Army PT test. Anyway, here's what half a year of busting ass did for me:
Still working on the obliques (diet/cardio) and upper chest shoulders.
Past weight was about 215 and 25% BF
Current is about 225 and much less BF, although I haven't checked.
Honestly, I think you're pretty big and ripped man (unless you're going for the body building jay cutler look). Cut down a few lbs and you'll look completely shredded.
Know what they say...
"Lose 5 lbs of fat, look like you gain 10 lbs of muscle..." -Hollywood.
Keystone Light has 0.5 grams of protein per can. Bet ya didn't know that! Rather than taking protein shakes or whatever after you lift, simply pound down like 150 Keystone Lights and you'll be set!!!
You're definatley huge. Working your legs just as much as your upper body I hope.
Thanks!
Oh yeah. Legs are my favorite thing to work. My calves are a bit undersized in comparison to my quads though. I beat the crap out of them and they just don't grow like everything else. Wife likes to pick on me about how big the upper legs are and how small the lowers are... Silly girl! LOL

Thanks. I'm actually just trying to maintain size right now - but trying to shed a little weight. Adding a little more cardio should help. I actually do very little (softball and run occasionally) currently.

I see you, standing in the water like Arnold used to when he hated his calves.

Not sure about Keystone, but that theory definitely does not work with Natty.
