Default work-out pics updated!!

Okay, i've lost track of how long i have been working out so far. I'm guessing about 7 months now. Anyhow i'm just updating the pics of my results. This is from the begining of the process until now. The only routine i have used up to this point is on musclehack.com which is completely free.

It has your workout routines and dieting info eventhough i didn't use the dieting info simply because i've just been eating whatever, lol. Other than that im just on protein and that is it. I've been actually taking less calories in because for some reason my body started bulking up alot. So, the last picture you see is me actually slimmed down a bit.

Being bulky looked great with clothes on but couldn't get my abs developed for ****. I looked great with a shirt on though. Anyhow what do you think. Now that i have leaned down a little im going to try to find a good medium of a little more bulk. Also, no your not gay for entering the thread unless you are questionable about your man hood. I expect at least one person to say something of some sort.

before i started working out

3 or 4 months in working out

the most recent pic which was taken 2 weeks ago

The newest pic looks like your chest development is coming along nicely.

The second pic you have probably the healthist bodyfat.

You lost some of your abs and it looks like the sides of your stomach has increased between the second and 3rd pic. Might need to put your diet in check.

Diet is the best thing for abs. You could do all the ab workouts in the world but if you have overlying fat then you'll never see the abs. You need to get rid of that first. Also slimming down the waist will give you a better V taper and make everything else look better.

yes, i agree i probably do need to get my diet inline. I'm trying to find a good medium in between bulk and being cut. So, yeah im still trying to figure out where exactly i want to be at. I also agree with you as far as diet being the best thing you can do for abs. Hopefully soon ill find a good medium. Since its winter maybe ill bulk up and then when the summer comes back around start cutting again. I'm confused we will see, lol.

ya, the winter bulk summer cut is always a good way to go so you can keep building muscle as the years move on.

you'll figure out what works best for you once you play with your calorie intake and mineral intake. The best thing is finding one that fits your needs and that you can stay on. Super strict diets won't help if you have trouble staying on it.

it takes time but you'll get it figured out. Just keep up the good work!

Would this program happen to be Total Anabolism 2.0? I was thinking about taking the bait on this on muscleheack.com, but wasn't sure if it was for real or not, or if this was the program you are using. If not, which routine DO you use? Thanks

Yes, it is the total anabolism 2.0. I would recommend it to anyone it is completely free after all. As you can see i've had good results with using this program and this is all i follow. I don't even follow the dieting regimin at all either and still seeing good results. If you are serious about gaining muscle i would give it a try for sure. If you do post results.

Yeah, i think im going to do winter bulk summer cut. I bulk very easily but it seems as it is harder for me to cut but i can with a little more effort put into my workout. So, yeah im thinking about bulking but i like being cut, lol. Thanks for the criticism though thats what i need to see what i need to workout on.

Great progress. In case you're looking for some other minor stuff I bulked up and got pretty cut when I took superpump, size on, and glutamine and noticed a decent amount of results in 1 month.
