Do you have any jump rope routines that you follow or have trained with? If so please post what you have done and what the goal of it was. Possibly increase agility, cardiovascular work out, or increasing heart rate before lifting
i read somewhere, that jump rope is supposed to be one of the best forms of cardio for some reason. not sure if thats true??
never followed a regimen for skipping. but when i trained in thailand, they made us skip for 20min before every training session. and that sh!t gets hard. 20min is a long time.
