yeah, i dont remember what the thread was titled but someone was asking about them and posted a picture, they do look awesome. Then Jason@performance nissan, a sponsor on here, was the one that said they were over 4 grand but that had something to do with airbags too, i can't remember. They are nice seats, but not that nice lol

Default Roadster ventilated seats in a coupe..

I have a question maybe some of you guys can chime in on. I just got my mitts on a pair of the Roaster Ventilated seats and will be installing them on my coupe. The seats have side airbags which my Touring Edition ( Heated leather with power ) does not so will I have to disable something to install the seats or suffer a air bag light to come on. Also has anyone ever done this swap and if so any regrets. I will post pics as soon as I do this as I could not find anyone who actually did this. I found many asking if these roadster seats will even fit in the coupe but that is it. So I will be swapping my OEM Burnt Orange leather to the Ventilated Burnt orange leather......I can't wait to do this mod...
Anyone who has done this please post pics of the swap....

I hope I dont have to drill new holes for the bolts.....I use to have sparco seats and remember there was 4 bolts holding down the seats and the seats come off with everything including the brackets. If the seats use the same bolt pattern then they will work ....I hope so

Maybe you missed this post since the guy posted on the same thread that I am guessing you bought these seats from:

raycs7:
The driver seat works in the coupe,

The backrest motor on the passenger side has 2 connectors...it is tied to the top mechanism and the seatback switches through an electronic box under the seat.

the backrest moves a few degrees when the top is in operation.

You may be able to modify a stock harness if the box is missing.

Holy Crap, Mental note to always close the roof on my roadster when I park it.... At those prices just a matter of time before someone tries to steal my seats

Any idea if you plan to sell your Burnt Orange seats. I have an 03 touring with the heated/side air bag charcoal leather seats and would be eager to either trade or possibly buy yours if you are interested. I only have 23k miles on my car so the seats are in excellent condition.

PM me to let me know either way. Thanks,
