Yeah, I was feeling bad for him, but then I read that "I painted my calipers by spraying duplicolor in a bowl and then brushing it on through the rim spokes" thread.

You know, I hate to $hit on people for doing their own thing but..... If you can't do things "the right way" leave it stock. Seriously... I've done a couple of things to my car that I have since reversed, but this takes the cake...

Guy's got balls to post it here... We're very hard to please, very tough crowd. I guess because most of us are so enthusiastic about the Z33 and almost take things like this personally.

I know I throw-up a little every time I see a riced out Z...

ouch brother!! if done well, it could be pulled off without hardly being able to tell, but ya, pulling it apart is the first step to accomplish that. i do not envy the amount of overspray you have on the whole car and the time it will take for you to correct it. alot longer than pulling the pieces off in the first place.

I don'tknow what was worse, the above thread or this one...
If I was really a dick I would start posting this on other forums.
Over the past few years, this forum has changed... 2 years ago this guy would have been ripped.
This guy did a non permanent mod and look what happened: http://my350z.com/forum/showthread.p...ht=seat+covers <---- 13 page thread! I laughed my ass off at this one too. IckysZ is making Internet forum history!

I think it's kinda cool when people go a little outside the box and do or make up there own stuff that maybe doesn't exisit in aftermarket but after reading some of the other threads, this guy really likes rattle cans way too much.

I think there are better options available other than painting. Me personally would have had the interior door panels recovered.

I don't think I would feel bad. I would feel sick to my stomach on the over all project.

The calipers could have been easily powder coated by a professional. I'm sending mine to THEPOWDERCOATER.COM

I was initially going to give the guy some credit but I looked over the rest of the thread and I am truly disappointed.
