Default Where is the big post for the rear bumper tuck mod?

I have been searching for an hour trying to find the post on where they show you how to do this properly. My friend was interested in doing it and I wanted to send him the link. Can anyone assist me here?

Thank you!

Default rear bumper tuck! finally did it! PICS inside

Well, I did it and like it. Looks good, didn't take too long, and I got pics! Sorry for the blurry ones, but my arms and abs were getting tired. I've been busy the last couple of days doing projects around the house.

The Z has been sitting on jack stands for months, so I figured now is a good time to prepare for the single exhaust setup.

First, I took off the heat shield. Now you see it:

Now you don't:

I measured the section and decided to space out the left and right screws 4" away from the edge of the cutout. Then I figured there would be 3 sections between those 2 screws, which measured 17" so I spaced the other 2 screws 5-3/8" from left to right.

Tools you should have on standby are:

Small needle nose pliers for the plastic snap-in screws
Flathead and phillips screwdrivers
Battery powered screwdriver It came in handy

And the final product!

Actually, I'm still shopping for one. Got some resonated test pipes in the garage, a Gruppe S y-pipe on the way, and am thinking of the Greddy Ti-C to complete it.

Also contemplating getting the Nismo diff cover.

Well, here's a pic from last November when I stored it away for the winter. I think it will look good once I put that new exhaust on.
