Trying to decide how to run the wiring for my Wideband... looking for a pass-through through the floor pan into the cabin, but not finding much. Only thing I found so far is through where the steering column runs out. Is there a better place that I'm just not seeing? This is on an 03 track, if that makes a difference.
Take off your shift knob, pop off the a/c control panel and either poke a hole in the shifter boot or drill a hole in the plate that is bolted to the car.

Ah, was looking for a pre-existing grommet. Man, there's hardly anything to pass wires through on my Z, compared to my 3000gt. I swear that thing had factory grommets everywhere.

There's a large factory grommet behind the battery. Be careful with it though.
