Default Tommy kaira shift knob

Does anyone have pics of one of these installed? Was wondering if therre is a gap between leather shift boot and the knob? If so what is the solution for this? thanks

I didnt use a finisher, I used a zip tie inside the boot to keep it up against the knob. Been there a year with no problem.
