Just strip the cheap ish off handles and have em properly painter, never looked back?! No problems...damn sticker ish was bubbling, gross! As for whole car, bad idea....beater idea for rhino guy, I posted vid awhile back from maxima forums of guy who lined his maxima, looked pretty sick & will def keep salt & sand off!

Painted my emblems, badges, and door handles black
Used a can of plasti-dip. everything came out great. Let me know what you think.
Total Cost of this mod: about $6 for the can

just wondering on the doors handles , since this sees alot of traffic and use , does the plastidip chip off? can we see a pic after a couple weeks? id love to the handles but kinda scared that the kool effect would only be temp.

Ill do my best to post up pictures in a few weeks! Plasti-dip was meant for hand tools so im guessing that these will hold up just fine. If it can take the beating that hand tools take, im sure these will be just fine IMO.

i recently did the same thing on my door handle
did you apply any finisher on it after the paint?
you know even a lil price of paint comes off would be a big deal
