Change Heated Seat Switch from 370Z to 350Z
I like the Heated Seat Switch from the 370Z, they have two lights for the high and low heating.
Have sombody ever tried to change the switches from the 370Z into the 350Z, are they plug n play?

I don't recall it ever being done.
The 370z version is only $18, why not just do this yourself and let us know how it goes?

I checked the wireing.
The Heating are for Low/High the same but i am not sure about the illumination, I cant find anything about it in the 370Z.
So i bought a 370Z switch and will try it in the next days.

I recently recovered the OEM seats with Katzkin leather. The result is great. I also installed aftermarket seat heaters. Here is the thread with pictures and descriptions: https://my350z.com/forum/exterior-an...nt-orange.html
The aftermarket seat heaters have dual switches with illumination.
The illumination is simple. If you have power, you can correspond ON with an illuminated switch.
Please forgive the ugly e-brake that requires replacement.

After reading through this thread again, I realized that my response might be construed as not providing an answer. So… Allow me to elaborate a bit.
The switch controlling my seat heaters (shown in the picture) is a three-way rocker switch with a single illuminated indicator. The switch works this way:
The point is that you do not need a single or dual light to indicate the heat output if you have a three position switch. Touching (feeling) the switch reveals its position. You know if it’s half, full, or off by simply feeling the switch. Also, the Z’s seat-heaters’ switches are not in a good position for observation. You need to look down and slightly back to see them.
The illuminated button controlling the OEM heated seats in my Jeep Commander is different. First of all, the switch is on the dashboard where the indicator light is clearly visible (not the case with the Z that has the indicator light at the driver’s side). The button is a push-button that defaults to OFF. One push sets the seat heater to half-power with one indicator light ON. A second push sets the seat heater to full power with two indicator lights ON. A third push turns off the seat heater and its indicator lights.

- Down forward is ½ heat and the illuminator is ON.
- Down backward is full heat and the illuminator is ON.
- Middle position (not down front or back) is off and the illuminator is dark (OFF).

WTF why is my last post blank?
I guess I'll type it out again....
I am surprised you didn't move the switch blank to the center when you had them all out.
And I guess I'm going to have to pick a pair up because I like the way they look better and I'll be moving my VDC off switch in between them and getting some other switches to put in the dash to use as aux switches.
