Im a teen about to get my 350z (I have had a passion for these cars for years, and the low insurance helped convince my parents).

I want to mod my z, but in a euro-exotic style, rather than the pathetic white-boy ricer style I keep seeing.

Does anyone know of a Porsche or Bugatti V. -style moving spoiler? I want to see how that looks on a Z, because I know how hard it is to find a non-ricer one.

Honestly, no.
A bigass wire spoiler is rice.

I accept your opinion if you disagree, but I really think (if done correctly) it wont look like garbage.

Is an computerized wing really needed? It's not like a 350z is a Bugatti. Looking at the site with those type of wings wouldn't you rather put a turbo .. Or coilovers or a nice set of rims. Instead of having a 3k adjustable wing that's not needed on a stock 350z...

It would definately be a cool mod, but not worth the cash on my budget.

First off you are a teen. Second you are on daddy's insurance. Third you are just going to wreck the car eventually so why buy it?
If your parents wanted you alive they would of told you no. You're falling into a trap. Don't go for it!

Btw OP, why don't you wait on mods until you can afford your own insurance? I doubt you're going to be able to maintain the car after your mods.

anyway. Guys calm down. I got my Z for $15 grand (17k total with tax, warranty etc).. When I was 18. I am 20 now, and I was able to afford payments, insurance, and 7 grand a year tuition for my school. My Z is almost paid off, and my insurance is $150 a month. I still have to pay for school, and now I am just getting into modding my car. Its possible, also not to mention that I drive 25 miles to work and 40 miles to school everyday of the week with my Z. (I only work 20 hours but have a decent paying job so I can get by).

Other than that OP is a rice. Please kill yourself if you are planning on putting a moving spoiler and lambo doors on a Z. dude you belong in the honda civic eg, ek whatever ricer cars kids like you buy. Go get yourself vtec, let it kick in yo, then take on c6 vettes with your honda.

I think what it boils down too, is that some people on the forum have heard simple questions, by people that don't do their own research & it get's old. Some people believe that it isn't worthy of starting up a thread over.

If OP was passionate about the Z for years, then he should have already done his research on the internet instead of playing too much WoW & found out that the Z has been around for a long time & the information is right there @ his finger tips.

The world is a pretty terrible place, no? No big deal, he's got his answer & now he can move on knowing that he should think about googling something 1st next time before starting up a lame thread. No one's perfect, I'm pretty sure I've been "LMGTFY.com'ed" a half dozen times. lol
