Since I got these I've been getting terrible condensation in my driver side head light. I just ordered 10 gram silica packets as a quick fix for winter to see if it helps.I'll let you guys know for those who night be having the same problem due to them not coming sealed correctly.

Aftermarket 350z LED headlights?
Hi guys has anyone tried something like this?
http://www.ebay.com....=item2a41b49b5a
It looks good. Looks unique and adds the LEDness to 350z. My wife telling me to buy that and put it on.....haha!!

If there is a lot of moisture (humidity) in the housing it is going to keep doing this. Gotta get the moisture out of the air inside the housing to keep it from condensing on the lens.
It can be perfectly sealed but if there is a lot of moisture trapped in the air inside the sealed housing it will continue to do this.
Might try using some silica packets out of beef jerky and the such inside the housing to soak it up and keep it from happening again. (and making sure all the joints/caps are sealed.)

Glad it worked for you. It's not a perminant fix because it will eventually soak up all the moisture it can but hopefully it will last you a while since it's such a pain to get to.

If you have it sealed up good and it's getting int here some silica packets like NOLAGG used will clear it up and hopefully prevent you from having problems again.

It's mainly from moisture trapped inside. It can be from a leaky seal or from it being hot/humid when you have the cap off the back side. Then when it cools off it will condensate on the lens just like your drink glass does.

I have an 03 Track (with HID's of course) that I'm trying to swap some Depos on to, and I'm having a problem getting the HID bulb to turn on. Everything else seems to work fine, and I tested it with the old stock bulb, which also did not light up (but does on my stock unit) -- thus it should not be the bulb itself
I thought it was plug n play aside from me getting a D2S bulb, which I did. Did I miss something here? I did notice that my stock connector has 8 pins and the depo connector matches, but is missing a pin (both are that way).
Any help appreciated.

In the depo unit, the HID bulb won't turn on (tested the bulb, and it works fine).
I have an 03 with HIDs stock -- I thought it was plug and play as long as I got the correct bulb (which I did), so I am wondering if there is some sort of mod to the wiring harness or something I have to do to make it work?
Going to try the other depo headlight tonight, and if it works, I know its a problem with the harness on the first depo unit.

bit the bullet and bought a set with the ballast and bulbs (aftermarket).
my question is i have 03-05 non hid setup (base, halogen) that was retro fitted with ddm tuning hid kit (original owner, getting rid of these). how will i be able to get these to work since they are 8 pin and the oem halogen was 6 pin? searching online i just need to get a compatible harness and other say i need to do wiring modification. not quiet sure how to approach this as most of the threads are plug and play scenario.
