just some sketches to give you an idea of the goal in mind here..
all the lines are just for reference, not part of my build..
Not sure of course how or exactly where im going to cut and end the fenders, so this is just how im getting ideas before hacking up the real thing.
Thanks to VIS again, the double Hump Asuka style roof will be bolted up and glued down during this process too.
The car goes to its last meet as is tonight, and then I start taking it all off and slowly mocking up the new parts, making mounting points and drilling holes etc.
Nothing will be permanantly installed for the next few months... only test fit and mock up status.. should be fun to drive around w bare minimum sheet metal.
Again, probably going to end up w some R compound tires since they will be so visible.. and most likely will run 19" wheels w taller sidewalls.
Car is getting pinned to the ground on UAS airbags over the Stance Coilovers.. lets me air them WAY up for max spring rate while setting them low on the coil.. very little lift will be possible, but it generally will ride very stiff (12-14k ish) at "ride height" .... then air out at shows.

"loathe" he says haha.
"youll RUE the day Trebek!"
yeah i finally drove in my other car along side someone else driving my Z last night.. that thing looks NUTS on the fwy when it flies by... complete " fugizzat?!" moment for sure.. never realy NEEDED to change the back end.. really just the front and sides.. but might as well just freak the whole thing out.
Plus... this rear bumper is A) already in my garage lol.. and B) should look pretty similar /legit w a big functional aluminum diffuser built into it.
