Navigation Cubby Hole ideas?
I have a base model 2006 Z without the navigation system. I wanted to put something in there to make the car "more complete" in my eyes and wanted to know what people have done to their cubby holes. I've seen aftermarket navigations and speakers but what has anyone else done?

I installed a nexus 7 tablet in the nav console, it charges thru a usb port on my sony xav 701 head unit and audio is connected thru bluetooth. Works really well and it is more versatile than just a simple gps unit, it's pretty much a car pc. If you like to monitor engine data you can install an obd-II bluetooth adapter and the tablet can be your gtr style data logger.
