And as for the color/style of the car I think it looks pretty good, sure it could have better flow, but the style of a car represents the person. Which makes every car unique.

Those stripes are not from Dodge. Dodge may have used them too, but that doesn't make them "dodge srt" stripes.

Great!

As far as you getting what you pay for, that wing is not a cheapo wing. APR makes some pretty decent stuff. I had one of the tall ones and it didn't move around. I think it may be the way it mounts to the skin of the hatch that's making it move around. I can't see the base very well, but it looks like there is only a small contact area per side. If that's the case, then it's the skin of the hatch causing the movement. The tall wings have a bigger, front to back base.

I've never had a car with a wing mounted to it, but I would think that you would have to have it extremely rigidly mounted for it not to do this to some degree.

most shapes, when moving through air at that velocity will experience vortex shedding. Go to wikipedia and look "Karman vortex street". this will give you some Idea of the aerodynamics that are causing this. Also Drag and lift forces are both functions of velocity squared. At high speeds I'm not at all surprised your getting vibrations especially with a relatively light weight carbon fiber wing.

It doesn't look lie the mounting is very good for the car. The trunk is less flexable further back. Just look where the 350Z specific GT wing is mounted.

Looks like it's mounted too far forward compared to the other installed pic Ive seen, should be mounted right near the rear edge for the drag wing.

Look at the first pic you posted, see how much farther back it sit than yours.

lol......looks like someone went to walmart and spray painted an ironing board black and decided to bolt it on the back of the 350z.

I have to agree with terrasmak on this, You may be able to reinforce the underside of the hatch with some 3m panel bond and some heavier guage metal. Remount the wing. The hard part will be shaping the reinforcing metal to match the curve of the hatch.
If you like the way it looks, to me it would be much worth the effort to get rid of the shudder at speeds.
I personally agree that the wing doesn't look that bad from the front and sides. The rear view on the other hand Actually most of the wings on the market give me the same feeling. Have yet to find one that i like at all angles.
