Are u saying take it off my garage and put it on my car lol. Ur a ****ing Idiot. TheN I would need to buy one for my garage. The one for my garage is kinda ****ed up. Maybe I should get one for my garage too.

Seems like theres alot of hate on this forum. Prolly coming from those under 30yrs old. I noticed the younger generation are quick to bash.

club lexus is a way better forum. the members arnt so quick to judge. But then again its an older crowd

My friend has it on his black HR. It looks decent from the front, I just don't like how short it is compared to a actual lip. The sides always look unfinished because of the way it just cuts off (unless you cut it at an angle).

He drives about 30 miles each day to work and back and it seems to stick on pretty well...unless you hit anything...just about anything that touches it will make it separate from its attached to the bumper (with 3M double sided tape). If you cut it properly and your car is lowered it will definitely improve the look of your car (imo). Other wise it looks funny at stock high. Personally I prefer a "real lip" even if by real its a Rep. lol

i may be oldschool, but im a firm believer of "if youre gonna do it, do it right." "if its worth doing, do it right or dont do it at all" "do it right the first time." "a car is a fashion statement. if you drive a nice car with cheap ****, your wife probably got on fake diamonds too."

idk maybe im just old school....

I understand what your saying and if I had more disposable income I would drop the coin on a veilside or mines lip. But at this time in my life I have different priorities and cannot justify spending that much for a lip.

Thanks to the above poster for letting us know that it may rip on any kind of impact.

If you like it, go for it. I've been a long time member here and have seen it all. Back in the days people would put chrome door trim on the front grille of their Z. Looked like poot then and still does now, cost was $5 bucks but no one was ever bashed on.

It even caught on as a trend on this forum. You're getting bashed on because there are many kids who are budget modders now, before it was finding a new idea for a new mod as there was little low-mid aftermarket support the first couple of years of the Zs introduction. The aftermarket consisted of high end JDM Volks or nothing type mods back then.

I say spend a little more and get the ebay lip I think they go for like 70 buck with delivery
I got one and came out ok had to heat gun it though but it's pretty much unbreakable, so when you scrap it you won't feel so bad. I got Pretty good and not hitting by going up the ramps in an angle I am now thinking of painting to match the color, but atm I actuakly got my hands on a veil side 3 front and rear
Finally the weather got right for painting. It was brutal winter this year
I just finished the front now waiting for the clear to harden so I can sand and polish it.
Btw here a homedepot upgrade on the grill it's actually a extra gutter cover I used lol

No offense, I find that lip to be the epitome of ricer mods on here. Looks as good as the chicken wire fencing up front.

Authentic VeilSide or not, that's not much of an improvement. Seriously not trying to bash or be a jerk, not the best of choices.

Non taken but thanks for the feed back I just felt the grill looked to empty to me. i gota take a new pic at that angle does look that way lol I think the lip does need some work. The thing was if ya like here my story I was about to paint it to match the car but right after I got it I got deal off someone in this forum for a price I couldn't say no too hopefully the new bumper will look appleasing to others. I plan to use the one I have for winter and my winter tires and use the new one for summer hope you check out my car when it gets a upgrade. Btw the bumper is authentic definifly can tell a difference when I had to work on it pretty much pin hole free and smooth I had my experience with a duraflex wing man it needs a lot of prepping

Can I see some pic of your ride ??

Im not feelin the ebay lip either But to each their own. Im currently rocking the cf bumper cover from the z store. Maybe ill jus stick to that since the ez lip material is crap. If it was stronger I would have got it.

Didnt mean to talk smack to anyone jus wanted to have some mature discussions thats all. And mr. Sparco u have a very clean looking z
