Default ASM hood fitment?

I was looking to buy the ASM hood for my car was wondering about fitment from what ive read so far the quality looks good but was wondering if the OEM brake fluid and battery covers clear the hood when closed without any clearance issues???

I'd be kinda stupid of ASM to produce such a hood and not clear OEM parts, would it not?

Would be stupid for any hood manufacture to make a hood that wouldn't clear OEM parts if u ask me but that's not the case cause I spent $1300 on a cf hood that didn't clear. So if I'm gonna shell $2000 on a hood it better clear so I will ask what seems to be a stupid question but the the game when u mod a car! So thanks for the sarcastic reply guess that's why no one bothers coming to these forums anymore bunch of smart *** people

You clearly have no experience in moding....

Back to the op question, i havent had experienced with them, but for 2k i would assume its good quality, just order from a big company so you can get support in case it doesnt fit

7 yrs and 50k into my car! Experience isn't the issue here. People just believe that if its JDM and expensive then your good. All my stuff is JDM maybe I'm to **** but I would expect better. The hood has been order anyways no sence in disscusing it now. Do I have experience in every companies parts no that's why I asked and its special order so no refunds

ASM is very rare on our cars, only one person ran it and he had no issues

It's harder to find an aftermarket kit that fits perfectly than it is to find one that doesn't

Sounds like soneone doesn't have experience modding

I have seen that hood on 2 different z's both were de's , both had no problem. One was highly modified the other had no engine work done. Hope that helps. Up garage has that hood on sale if anyone else is interested in it.

Here is an underside pic of the hood so you can see the vents will not interfere with anything
