I'm not familiar with Osiris. I have more experience with COBB AccessPorts, ECUTek and standalone units.

How are you switching between your maps now?

I don't have any alternate maps right now but usually they are changed by doing a certain pattern within the car. I'm probably going to an e85 tune soon and this would be really handy. For example I've seen set-ups where you have maps changed by powering on the car and then hitting the steering wheel buttons in a certain order to get the map you want and then turning it over. Or sometimes a simple switch works as well.
The Osiris software is microsoft based. Very similar to Cobb I believe.

I should also include that it is the best tuning software for the Z. If that helps with the importance. Cobb is trash for us.

The color of the console will more than likely match the rest of my interior anyway. I have the frost leather interior, so anything gray or black will be alright in my books.

We'll reach out to them to see what's all involved in triggering the map switching

If I am not mistaken uprev uses the cruise control buttons on the steering wheel to switch maps.

Cool... they must "tap into" that signal somehow. There may a similar way that we could also signal the system to do so.

We've sent a request to touch base with UpRev to get a bit more information on the possibility of integrating the two products

Stay tuned for more!

We've been receiving a lot of interest in our 7" double-din units lately and felt like we haven't been giving enough love to this great piece of tech. So we decided to post up some glamour shots to give the 7" unit some overdue attention.

There's some great photos and details in our latest blog article, and to be clear the 7" double-din unit will be available for preorder at the same time as the 10.1" units

We've had some good email exchanges with UpRev and we think there's a way for us to allow a user to control OSIRIS map switching through Brainiac.

It won't likely be an "official" accessory, but more of a DIY wiring project that we'll post up once we get manufacturing under way

I thought I would share a few more "official" pictures from our test fitting/filming session with the display turned on to give a better idea of what Brainiac looks like installed

We're "days" away from opening up preorders!

By the HR version, are you referring to the 06-08? No updates for it as of yet. Most of our attention right now is getting the 02-05 up for preorder. Then we'll be turning our focus to other models

Correct! The 07-08+ are commonly known around here as the "HR" due to the engine code VQ35HR (compared to the 03-06's VQ35DE). Although the 06 had a different engine, the 07+ have the same interior as the 06s. So yeah in short HR interior is 06-08+ interior. Looking forward to dat HR version bro!

We've posted up a new version of the Brainiac emulator to provide some more early hands-on experience with the in-car user experience and mobile application.

This emulator update has examples of the air suspension, engine status, OBDII gauges and the mobile interface.
