Bride vs Sparco seats

Just beware with a lot of Bride seats they're made for little people... I'm 6'0 230lb and there is no way I fit in a lot of Bride seats besides the Vorga, Cuga XL and Euro..

Yes somewhere on this site I posted pics of the steps removing the stock sensor and install into new seat. The removal is the hard part; I had no idea about these sensors even existed until I had bought new seats, but I got it out and easy install due to my seats being able to pull seat/back areas away for easy access; stock is kind of a b1tch (it's a big flat, thin plastic thing that wasn't made to be removed haha!). *I didn't have heaters. If you can find that thread about the sensor transfer it's pretty good; let me know if you get to that point and I think I've got all of those pics still, may help save you from throwing something!
*also, pre/post stock seat surgery I tried to go easy on my stock seat and put them up for sale; they sold fast.

Nice! so you were able to put the weight sensor in your racing seat? Did you also transfer your seat heaters?
I know I saw a thread where someone did that, but not sure if its ever been done by anyone else. would be very nice to keep seat heaters, though I never drive the car.
As far as the seats do I really like the R333 so I may continue the hunt for some at a decent price.. Or I may even consider the r100, as they looked good in a Z(posted here somewhere). just not sure if the R100 really is a lower quality seat, or just doesn't look as fancy and cool as the R333

Ok, so now I am having trouble to find the G35 bride rails now. Any recommendations on a good set of brackets? not sure if the seats come with sliders or not..
Should I use authentic bride brackets only? or are there others that are good quality and easier to find?

Cool thanks. I did just see those but also saw they have an RO rail listed.. Just want to make sure the MO is the correct size as I don't want to be out $270 on a mistake! lol
I will wait till the bride seats have shipped out for sure though. Then I will buy the rails once i find out.
Hope I will be able to get them in!

I ordered it through a vendor, so they called Bride USA for me. and I did most of the communications over the phone. They said the rails should be here in a few days, as they are in stock in Cali, but the seats are still on their way and will be 4-6 weeks.
And you were right they are MO rails

I read through your thread and I'm glad you went with the Bride seats! I'd like to add some info just in case other people look through this thread,
First thing I'd recommend to those that want aftermarket seats is to make a list of the top 2 or 3 seats they're interested in. After you decide which seat fits your financial and performance goals (street or track), go to a shop and physically test out which seats fit you. Some times performance shops dont have what you want available so you have to refer to the specifications listed on the product and also customer reviews. (That's what I did.) Every seat has different sizes so make sure you get one that fits you snug.
Sparco sells good seat's and you can buy them on Amazon with cheap/free shipping. They were super cheap so I ended getting a set of R100's and later selling them to a friend. When they came in I had a sense of "Hit or Miss" feeling toward them because I was anxious to see if they would fit me. They fit good, felt comfortable, tight on the upper back. So easy enough to get in and out of the car but still hold me during corners. I liked them because they were so cheap.
Around the same time I got a set of Bride seats, one reclinable and one full bucket. Of course the price of the Brides are more than double what I paid for the Sparcos. The quality seemed better, fit more snug for me on the upper area's than the Sparcos, and looked more attractive to me.
To make things easy- get what will fit you, what you think looks good and most importantly make sure they're real because safety matters.
Another Quick topic of discussion...
My personal opinion about the R100's.- I think they're cheap and when I see people that have them I think, "My Brides were excessively more expensive, blah blah blah + they're 'Better' ALTHOUGH, my friends with R100's are winning trophy's at car shows. So anything better than stock is a contributing cool factor and also FML LOL!". That topic can go on and on, but that's just some food for thought. Here's some photos of my gear in my Z,
My old R100's (I let him borrow it for Spocom Hawaii 2015 and he won 2 trophy's, so he bought them from me. LOL.)

i opted against bride digos because they dont appear to be true race bucket seats.....the backing looks similar to my stock seats.......
they are way more comfortable than my leather stock OEM seats.........just hugs your body.....
if you go to car meets my opinion is people will definitely compliment you more on the interior...than the plain black sparco seats....
the sparco seats are good they are just plain boring looking......

I already ordered the seats 3 weeks ago.. also the low max would be too small for me. The digos seem like they will fit more comfortably.
The gradation is nice but I like to keep it subtle. If people see the Cusco seats they either know, or they dont, but it's pretty much just for me as I never go to any car meets. maybe one a year, if that. drove the car less than 1000mi in the past year total
