What do you call this piece?

As you can see, this piece of rubber trim on my mirror is split, but I don't know what to even search for to find a replacement. What do you call this piece?

looks like that is the part number for the inside piece that houses the tweeter.

Now that I'm home and on a computer, I was able to pull up a drawing. I found that it's 80833-CD000.
