Not sold yet, pm's responded. As for the material it's fiberglass, not sure of the manufacturer. I bought it a while back from a member on here.

Ok sounding like a noob here but..... whats making this not fit an 07+? My 03 have a full 08 front end on it....would this work?

To answer your question, yes it would fit on a 03. 03 won't fit on later models basically.
