I have a set of canards from japan, Fits oem DE (03-05) bumper.

What do they do for the care performance wise? Or is it just a cosmetic mod?

Well if you set them up correctly they'll add downforce to your front end at high speeds. It'd take a lot of testing and time to get them just right.
But they also look awesome so they'll do a little of both

They bolt to your bumper
I'm selling them with all the hardware you need. You can just use self tapping screws but I'm giving you nicer black hardware.
Install is very easy. Just have to mark the holes on the bumper, drill them and then bolt them on

Take it right up to the top
