Yes. If you look underneath your car's (or any Nismo) front bumper and compare with non-Nismo, you'll note the following piece:
That dang piece costs over $600 as OEM from Nissan.
Better solution (cheaper and durable):
Ties into ZSP undertray:

Wow thanks for the info! Had no idea Zspeed made an extension for the OEM Nismo bumper. That would make purchasing this one worth it. I am also running the Zspeed under shroud and it has definitely saved my undercarriage when my friend ran over a sizable rock while driving my car.

Knock on wood* this hasn't happen to me.... Not sure how those two pictures happen since there is no context but I'd have to disagree with you on choosing plastic over metal. There are so many advantages to metal. One being the compartment for easy oil pan access, vents for engine cooling at high speed, and overall more durability. I hit a dead raccoon and my under shield saved my car, the raccoon left a huge dent in my under pan which i just banged out and re-installed.
