The access port is obviously a good idea, but have you guys ever heard anything negative about this particular brand? I can afford it now, and 7% hp gain is nice, plus it will be useful in the future...

The ProCharger supercharger has a pretty decent price tag on it, although I'm not sure I'm ready to spend 5500 bucks on it just yet... I know it would be so sweet even baby jesus would want it, but its not exactly cheap, and its not exactly going to be an easy sell to the wife...

Any thoughts?

Quote:
Officers need help to find White Center hit-and-run truck

The King County Sheriff's Office has asked for the public's help in finding a truck that hit and critically injured a pedestrian in White Center on Tuesday.

The accident was at 5:20 p.m. The 36-year-old man was crossing 16th Avenue Southwest at Southwest 106th Street.

The truck was going south on 16th and hit the man. The truck slowed but didn't stop.

The man is in critical condition at Harborview Medical Center.

The driver's side mirror of the truck was found at the accident scene. Investigators say the truck's left front fender was also damaged.

Authorities say the vehicle is maroon and a Chevrolet or GMC truck. And it is one of the following models:

* GM or Chevrolet full size pick-up, 1988-1989
* Blazer or Jimmy, 1992-1994
* Suburban, 1992-1999
* GMC Yukon, 1992-1999
* Chevrolet Tahoe, 1995-1999

If you see the truck, call the Sheriff's Office at 206-296-3311. That line is answered 24 hours a day. You can also call 911.
I'm going truck hunting this weekend. If anyone wants to join, let me know. PLEASE keep an eye out for the above described truck in the general region. I'm going to call the junkyards down there and tell them to keep an eye out for anyone looking for new body panels or a mirror.

if anyone cares, there's a friends/family 25% off regularly priced items (not things already on sale, the code will work with them, but it takes the 25% off of the regular price I think?)promotion at my work this week (onlineshoes.com). you can pass that link along as well

note that you have to click 'shop now' at the bottom, and you have to throw that promo code at step 3 of the checkout for it to work.

For those of you who don't really know what the military does for you on a daily basis... FOR SHAME! But, here is just one sweet benefit of being where I am.

I have an auto hobby shop that I can work in for WAYYYYYYYYY cheap... its even got its own spraying booths and welding shop!

If you guys want to do crap to your car, yourself... I can sponsor your car on base.

What's the catch? No catch here, for realz, aside from the fact you have to drive up to Oak Harbor... but 6 bucks an hour for a lift is pretty awesome!

Anyway, here is what you'll need to get on base...

VALID drivers license
VALID proof of insurance

Of course you'll have to then call me/email/pm me to try and work out a time/day...

Anywho... just thought I would throw out there how the military rules hardcore pron style.

So, I've read through the various posts on the forums about my problem, haven't seen anything as of yet... so I'll ask you guys, I put my rims on my car about 1k miles ago- I didn't have the TPMS sensors rebuilt or anything like that... not even sure if the current tires have them or not... anyway, this wouldn't be an issue- but while driving back from wasubers Sunday, I got the warning beep, my PSI light came on, and my flat tire indicator light also is steady on... So I filled up my tires with about 36+ PSI (light remained on)... my question is more of a series of questions based on the answer from the first...

1) Do my tires have the TPMS?

a) If so, I obviously should get them configured for my car

b) Is it possible that my car is just ECU retarded and doesn't quite know what the hell is going on?

c) why the hell did my car wait till now to screw around?

d) more to follow...
