We never tell anyone to create a new account. In fact, we don't encourage members to have more than 1 account as it is against our policy. Changing usernames is simple enough and most people want to keep their post history anyway.
I guess one would when they have a billion posts. I struggle with being in the 99th percentile of whatever is being measured.
