I believe the awards are based on various calculations, one of which is PPD and that only takes into account the last 21 days. In other words, awards/achievements will keep changing everyday.

There are several members at level 100 but as mentioned above, max level is only as high as the assigned value.

I gave someone all my points and they gave them back plus theirs as a test. Plus I sent them into space.
