Default Can a Moderator help with a Vendor issue?

Bought some parts from a well-known vendor here, and the quality is just way sub-par. I simply can't use them on my car. Not anything like the sample pics posted, or what was discussed with the vendor. I'd like to keep this private from the general forum membership at this point, but can the mods offer any assistance? I've got plenty of pics and email/PM documentation of what was promised versus what was received.

Whilst i appreciate op's request that his query be answered without the need for possibly causing damage to a vendors reputation, Id be interested in the outcome of OP's problem, i.e. can moderators help members with problems of delivery of sub par goods?

Yeah, I'm trying to give the vendor a break here, and hopefully I can remain patient until Monday or so. Already spoke to the credit card company, but I'm always willing to be amicable if the other party is, too.

You can't be any fairer than you've been so far. I hope all goes well for you and you are satisfied either way whether it be return of cash or replacement/suitable items delivered to you.

not sure why or how my post is blank.

basically said that it may not be in their job description. typically letting members decide will put pressure on the vendor to make it right.

I'm still going to wait 'til Monday for a mod to perhaps jump in and offer some assistance. Emailed/PM'd the vendor with no response yet.

call the vendor and if you aren't happy.. refuse charge on card, case closed and leave negative feedback...

What did you buy and why won't it work with your car.
