I was thinking about buying a new pistol for concealed carrying. I'm already carrying a Glock 26 9mm. Anyone ever had any experience with the Kahr PM9?

I shot the Kahr.....nice gun but expensive. I went gun shopping a few months ago with the intention of buying a Glock 26 and and after shooting it back to back with the Springfield XD I ended up with the XD......I'm loving this gun.
How big is it in comparison to the Glock 26. I'm looking for something significantly smaller than the Glock.

try the new glock compactG38 (8+1) or the subcompact G39(6+1) pistol for the new 45GAP cartridge. This new 45 GAP round is a shortened 45ACP. This pistol is also referred to as the 21st century big bore. It can easily drop a 300 animal at close range....... 2" groups at 25 yards from a sandbag rest. This new Glock pistol is based on a 9mm-size frame.
here in the great white north, if we "accidentally" tick someone off, I'm extremely thankful we don't have to worry about them shooting at us
I agree...
When I'm driving in the US, I never flip anyone the bird, etc.... I'm too worried someone will shoot me!

the glock is by far the most reliable pistol on the market today....you can bet your fanny on it anytime for self defense. ....second only to a double action revolver.
however you can't reload a revolver faster than with a glock high capacity magazine......but you can always count on a revolver to unleash the first shot.
I actually used to have a Glock 26 for a carry gun. It shot awesome! But it was still bulky. So i bought the Kahr PM9 and yes it is very expensive and i wouldn't have boughten one if it weren't for my employee discount. But it is absolutley the best gun to carry since it's so slim and small and it's still a 9mm! It shoots great too, although it does require a 200 round break in.

But, it doesn't matter the law or not. If someone wants to shoot you, they will. The thing about a concealed law is you don't want to pull a gun out unless ABSOLUTELY secissary, cause they guy your pulling it on may have a bigger one.
Crazy Texans and their guns. You've already got one you're carrying but want another? Is it a replacement or will you be carrying two guns on your person? Up here in NJ, it's next to impossible to get a conceal permit or even a carry in public permit.

Another reason to not live there (j/k...well, kinda)
When I saw the title I was going to rec the XD and I am surprised someone else since most people just get the glock. The XD's are great you should read some reviews on them; most that I have read say they are more accurate than the glock.
I used to carry a glock 23 but its width was uncomfortable, I'd since had many guns but has decided to go with the classic 1911 style there slimmer and much easier to draw from a holster. Plus the magazines on the glock way to fat compare the the 1911 mags and makeing them hard to conceal the extra mag.
I recommend a 3-4" barrel 1911 for conceal
I've been using a Kimber Eclispe Ultra II there expensive around $1000 but if going for a short barrel gun avoid the cheap ones.
Also I only reccomend glocks to well trained gun (dont know about you)users due to their lack of a real safety.
Second 9mm is way to small to be effective all it do is piss off the crack head you shoot go for .40 or .45 they dont have a bad kick on a gun that is well design and has some weight to it unlike glocks
Best carry ammo is Speer Golddot use no other---trust me
on the $500 price range glock is best moving into the 1k mark Kimber I have many guns and dont use any others for conceal carry
