I just went to a shooting range today and loved it. I shot a Glock and a 357. This was my first time shooting a real gun and had lots of fun. It was so fun Im interested in buying a gun myself. I like how the glock feels but the 357 has a good kick to it.
I wanted to know what guns you guys own and which hand gun is best? Also where online can I find guns for sale at a good price? Let me know guys.
I've had many handguns I only use glock and Kimber and nothing less then .40cal or higher
Although I cant reccomend glocks for a newbie as they lack a real safety, despite the fact their completely safe just new guys tend to forget to keep there fingers off the trigger.
Also ordering online is a pain as it still requires a gun dealer to take deliverly and they will charge you for that and tend to be asses when you dont buy from them. Also I havent found a online place where you save that much money.

Glock 23, Glock 27 and a Berretta 9000s. All three are .40 cal. I have a very ****ty S&W in 9mm that I never, ever carry. In fact, I never shoot it. It was my first gun and a mistake of a purchase.
If you want concealed, I'd go Glock and small. For a generally nice gun, go with a larger Glock or a 1911. Stick with at least .40 cal.
i have a springfield armory xd 40 that i love, i like glock but they dont feel as comfortable in my hand, also carry a taurus millenium pt140 as its a little smaller frame. i do agree with a 40cal. i would just go to gun shops and pick up a bunch of guns and see what feels comfortable to you. We have a shooting range that lets you rent out guns? check your local ranges and see if they offer that, and test some out. If you want a carry gun i would recommend of course the springfield xd as its a little cheper than glock by maybe 75 bucks, or a glock27, the taurus millenium series guns are good guns and the lowest cost out of the 3.
