Default GSG-5 SD Hell yeah....

Well i picked up a GSG-5 SD yesterday. it's the aniversary titanium finish one. I went out today and put a little over 500 rounds through it including some tracers. Not one hiccup at all. My first 50 yard shot was dead on. I had a blast and this is soooooooooooo much cheaper to shoot then anything else that i have. Sorry dont have any pics yet. I was looking at the colt M4 22LR but read some bad reviews, so i decided what the hell and snagged this up. I dont have any complaints other then i wish my other mags were already here. It takes about a second to unload the mag.. we spent more time loading up then blasting I want about 10 mags for this thing. If anyone is looking for a lil 22LR this thing is wicked looking, reliable, and accurate. I def give it 2 thumbs up.

I've been looking at them for a while now. I'd love to SBR one and get a real suppresor for it.

cool, but you cant beat a 10/22 for plinking. The mags are cheap and you can buy a mag loader that you just dump rounds into and crank a wheel and 15 seconds later you have a full 25rd mag.

LOL it's still a 22LR so it's cheap ammo. i just bought 6 bricks (550 round) for 87 bucks wow 3,300 rounds. Mags are cheap for this gsg also? i just bought 2 of them for 40 bucks? Im sure 10/22 stuff can be had cheaper and all but it has also been around for ever. I still plan on building a custom 10/22 i just seen this gsg thought it looked cool and got it. People can hate on it all they want as i had a blast w/ on sunday and dont regret one bit buying it. I will be picking up a glock26 also this week why? why not, some dude at work says he needs the money and even though there are a million haters for glocks that sure isnt going to stop me either LOL BTW the mags for the gsg dont take very long to load either as they have a **** you can pull down on the side of the mag and basically drop the rounds in......

Sounds awesome! Please post some pics of it. I might just buy one. I have a 10/22 that I modded but I will probably be in the market for another plinker now that my son is getting older and loves to shoot.

I decided I am going to get one. I checked out Gunbroker and they are going from $420 to $999. Do you mind me asking what you paid?

Why? looks i can see, but then you wouldnt be able to put the **** to pull down the spring to make mag reloads EASY. I would rather have easier reloads as everyone will know what it is once you pull the trigger LOL.

The colts are garbage, you did well buying the GSG. The "1st anniversary" made me laugh the first time I saw it though.

They say the walther silencer will work on it? I plan on building a 10/22 precision rifle and may supress that one....The GSG is just for plinking and fun, I love it so far. I bought 13 boxes of ammo (550 rounds each) so i plan on throwing them down the pipe here real soon.
