if i get the lone wolf 9mm barrel for my glock 23 .40cal. am i able to use the 33rd 9mm magazine?

The barrel isnt going to make a difference what mag you can run. If you run that mag now, you'll be able to after the barrel.

Yes.

Get the threaded barrel if you plan to get suppressors later.
