I have 2, nothing special, just been following the advice of SWAT magazine. Which mostly consist of medical gear for real wounds, opposed to the girly wounds must store bought kits can only take care of. And too a few DOD MREs left over from when the goberment was here for Katrina.
Haven't really made any serious efforts, as it's largely just a medical bag, with a few survival stuff in it. Having a big pack with everything isnt even practical to begin with, I'm not really all that worried about anything. Perhaps the advantage of country living.
Something really serious, and I need to enter some SHTF urban areas, well, I can come up with a few things quickly: Bullet proof vest, 2 silenced weapons, and lots of ammo, maybe I'll pick up some night vision soon. That way, I can be all Sam Fisher and stuff as I snatch your can of tuna, and grope your teenage daughter.
