This will only bolt up to the stock exhaust correct? I have a stollen exhaust, so I'm going to need to cut and weld some new flanges and pipes on then?

Its supposed to conect to stock but with a good exhaust shop they can make it work.

Alright I guess I'll make it work! Thanks! What kind of hp can you get out of these? I've got ported heads, 272 cams, wiseco .020 over pistons, fully built bottom end, STRUMP headers, and ART pipes. What do you think I can push out of this kit? Hoping for 500whp. Will the non upgraded turbo with 450cc injectors hit the 500whp kit on pump at say 15-20psi?

Im not sure but you will need to upgrade your injectors if your only using 440's. Those should max out around 450'ish on pump.

What are you guys running for mufflers? Is it too loud?

I've got headers, and ART pipes, and was wondering if I should put a muffler or a resonator in?

The turbo is way in the back.. it actually replace the muffler so no muffler needed. if you want to reduce the sound then can upgrade the mid-pipe muffler to a bigger one.

What kind of HP can you get out of the turbo? I've got a built block with ported heads, and 750cc injectors and a 320lph fuel pump so just wondering what can I get out of the turbo in the kit when it's maxed out?

if you have a built motor then look somewhere else... stock STS kit can get you about 400whp and after that it's blowing hot air...

They don't make the kit for the hr...But it can however be made to fit with a bit of work.

Any updates guys? Finally saved up enough money to purchase the kit. Just trying to make sure am making the right choice..I have an HR, does anyone know where I can get a 1 in 2 out intercooler?

What are the specs on the turbo that the kit came with? It is a TO4E60 O Trim .58 AR housing correct?

Has anyone tried to rebuild their own turbo? Will this kit work?

S&R performance was the only company that I know of to make a single turbo for the HR and they aren't around anymore to my knowledge.

I think your looking a custom job for the STS..

a much as the turbo used will support. you could rear mount 2 Promod 108mm turbos, spray it with a 500shot and make 3kwhp.

LOL, I just curious how far any one has pushed a Rear mount set up. I figured you could go as big as you want but I was just curious how big people have went and how bad the lag was.
