Sorry no pix at this point but, the 2nd pump is controlled through 30amp relay with an independent ground. Charles supplied all the needed spade connectors to connect into moldex connectors. Very simple!

Where the 2 feed lines merge...Is that a third pump or some kind of surge tank?
What is that purple thing? (it looks a little like an in-line pump).

When you say center cone are you referring to that cork looking thing? That is a diffuser? or does it cover the diffuser? Does it attach to anything?

Thank you for the pics. You definitely answered a lot of questions. Great job. Another DIY'er. A man after my own heart. Nice!

The corkish looking piece is the diffuser. It makes the return fuel softly pour back into the canister. It looks like a running faucet when the fuel is flowing thru it on the test bench, really cool. Its purpose is to reduce cavitation.

Great work guys. Nice to see and worth the wait. It's a very interesting design to say the least. I'm curious as to how the siphon works if the return terminates w/ a diffuser at the top of the unit. I see the holes at the bottom of the unit also...do these have something to do with the siphon? I also notice you're not using Walbro GSS342's or 341's...it's that funny one with the snap on sock filter. I hope I'm not prying into propriatary information. I just want to know how you addressed the saddle tank siphon issue.

Thanks. Great work again guys!

the pumps have integrated siphons so that a venturi on the return is no longer required. we played with the design of venturi based siphons, and with dual pumps its too sensitive to be reliable and consistent in our opinion.
