After all we are in a recession. If we are lucky maybe some of us, call them the "broke a$$ ballers", can get a bail-out from XKR before June. I'm struggling to put Motul in my car and may have to fall back to Quaker state, the shame
doug and I have already hired fortune 100 "out-of-work" washington lobbyist to figure out which forms to fill out for marked "XKR bailout funds". Its confusing because XKR has like six state residences, and flies from state to state frequently so where to lobby to/from and when is like trying to tune a 600hp car on a split-second box,... $hit who knows ?

Don't fret Mike!
Although Lawchick claims to have superior earning potential, he bought a used replica diffuser. I think it's funny that this pseudoBALLER has replica pieces on his car while I bought new authentic Top Secret parts on my lowly budget.
pseudoLAWYER being pseudoBALLER with pseudoTS parts... How predictable and appropriate!!!

Thanks Eric...I feel better now....BTW...thanks for the foot in mouth [/QUOTE] I will use it everytime I speak of the Village Idiot
What does any of this info that you kids are requesting have anything to do with Scott's work product? It bull faced does not. If you CAN'T see this, then you really can't purse through the bs that goes on in the forums.
If you think RA customers are noobish, you should ask us about our other cars. This is my third boosted car, and I've been on the forums for a number of years now (with atlernate screen names); Canadian has been on the forums for quite a while; Pete at BC has had time attacked with scott's motor for over a year; Stan has been around for a while etc.
Frankly, look at any of the GTM and Forged customers. They are all noobs and fall for whatever they are told. This is one of the reasons why they have all of this HKS and other crap on their cars tha they don't need for a car that's just a daily driver and wont be tracked. This is one of the many reasons why tons and tons of them never go back, and switch shops.

You are telling me that this is not his first FI'ed car...So why does he know less about FI'ed car than my Dog
This fool really hates FP and GTM....is it because they would not do a full build for $3000 for him.....Jorge, Eric and Captj3 just keeps beating this guy down and he still wont quit.

Using the word lawyer in the same paragraph or even page/novel as this guy is a disgrace! Going to an online law school or tier 200 law school doesn't mean you call yourself "GENERALCOUNSEL"!!!!! DEFINITELY pseudo everything...fronting that he's a laywer, fronting that he's a baller....fronting that he's got a ********...etc!

Who wants to bet he goes to Cal Western?
California Western does slightly better in law school ratings, but is still not considered in the top 100 law schools. This San Diego law school caters to its student interests and positives include a responsive faculty that focuses upon practical lawyering skills and a trimester system that allows for graduation in two years. Tuition of nearly $25,000 and a low bar passage rate of only 64% are some negatives.
Cal Western’s poor performance in law school ratings translates into low admission criteria, admitting 65% of applicants. Admitted students’ average a LSAT score of slightly above 150 and a GPA barely above a 3.00.

Well, Philthy decided to send me a text about this thread. As a happily self-employed and very busy attorney in NJ (yes I am a real attorney) who is still at the office at 10:18 pm, I thought now would be a good time to take a mental health break. I do not have the time to root around this thread of 1000 plus posts to find the rantings and BS of lawpu$$, the psuedo lawyer. If you can quickly zero in on the same, please cut and paste and email them to me at IMSLAW@aol.com and I will be glad to accommodate Phil's request.
I intend to send Phil a bill for this. I should see the payment never.
Please assist.

He's getting owned over on g35driver too for making ignorant comments about GTM.:lmao2:

Your comment in this thread has to be one of the most bias, ignorant, uninformed (the adjectives could go on to fill the length of this page) of the history of G35driver.
One simply needs to go to GTM's website to view the PLETHORA of VQ35de specific accomplishments, engines, parts, AND DYNO'S
(I realize that you're not used to seeing these from the "shop" that you support, but industry standard requires DYNO results).
Wow, and you are the one who's always bringing up defamation and libel...
(asks God for to intervene for the future of our legal system and attorneys nationwide)

And if this is truly his 3rd (aftermarket?) FI car, what's his excuse for being so unknowledgable and incorrect on technical topics time and time again???
BTW... What law school does he go to?

As a hopeful FI newbie, I want to add my 0.02 cents, as I fit the mold of "newbie who bought into everything FP/GTM/SFR"
I had approached RA 1-2 years ago for a full 700bb build, and I was sold with what he presented to me. It will probably be brought up sooner or later, so I'll lay it out there, so there isn't any hidden bias or whatever:
1. I've never owned an FI car, so everything I have learned, was from reading the FI forums here and g35driver
2. I'm a completely mechanically declined...the most i've done is a suspension install
3. As I previously stated, I contacted RA for a build. However, my research led me to a thread in which I stated that when i pull the trigger, RA would not be on my list. I was contacted by various members about Scott trying to contact me, but I ignored them. Scott did have my personal cell phone number, but I changed it because of constant wrong number calls and personal reasons (all unrelated to Scott/RA). I never called scott back, simply because i felt i had no reason to explain myself to him. Was it a chicken s**t move to post on a thread, and ignore the request to contact him? Probably...but it is what it is.
Now, this is not an attack on SD, as I don't know him...but i have to address what I feel are his misconceptions about GTM/FP selling products and/or services to people who "won't track their car" or whatever. I admit that i probably won't track my car...I'm not blessed with the financial means or even the time to pursue an endeavor like that. But If I'm going to drop 10K for a basic build, or 20-25K for a full-on build, I learned that using quality parts, and time-tested tuning is the best way to achieve a piece of mind. There is no such thing as a "full-proof build", but at least my un-educated self can understand that proper tuning, with proper fuel management and the appropriate ECU can tip the scales in your favor. I paid RA a visit, and while he was an accomodating individual and took me for a test-drive in his customer's car, the real reason I went there was to check out his shop...which I obviously did not see. I paid GTM and visit, and i was impressed. Not because of the shop itself, but because of the work you could see they put out. Sam did not "sell" me on anything; rather, his shop did. Why? As I said, you could see the work they perform. Pair that with customer reviews, numerous build threads, and DYNO sheets, it's easier to be at ease with their work.
Now, no one has personally come out and said "RA screwed me over"...it's all been called out because of people's experience in building the VQ. But on the flip-side, there have been some threads calling out GTM, to which GTM responded with invoices or whatnot, to prove that they were not "scamming" or "pulling a fast one."
Bottom line of this long and winded post is this:
The successful shops are probably more pricey, but for a reason: they put out quality work, are a bit on the "pricey" side, yet developed a loyal following because they have proven what works, with visible proof. They claim "500rwhp", "600 rwhp" or even 700rwhp, but they have also provided dyno sheets for what the claim.
Hell, even AAM had a huge falling out, but they have been putting out threads, with dyno sheets, and got JT to sign on. That is a sign of a real attempt to make amends, IMO.
