Default Good stock block GT35r numbers

Took the car up to AAM to get a return fuel system , tune, and work out a few other small issues. Long story short everything gets fixed and i get the car back 3 days later. Now the first time the car was tuned it made 368 on 8lbs on a Dyno Dynamics.. After that I was running about 11lbs on the same tune and made 434 at AAM's dyno day. The only problem with that is the car was wayyy to lean. So I talked to jeremy and he got my car to where it is now.. Ill let the graph speek for itself. ONLY 9lbs on my EVC6

I am happy with the car and the power it makes. I know it may be to much for a stock block, but im gonna keep it this way for now. Only time will tell how long it will last.

Specs on the car-
Powerlab GT35r
utec
600cc injectors
AAM stage 1 return fuel
AAM single exhaust
HKS EVC6 boost controler
AAM tune and reflash
Southbend clutch
and of course Mickey Thompson ET street radials FTW.
Just want to send a big thanks to mike, JT and clint over at AAM. I appreciate the phone calls and updates for the short time you had my car. I need to stop by sometime soon and pick up some t shirts!!
Here are a few more of the car.

Wow, great numbers! Especially at only 9PSI, gives me a lot of hope for my car. I'm glad I picked up a Powerlab kit now.

What did the reflash do for you? Redline bump?

My redline was apparently bumped to 7k, but I have never revved that high for fear of breaking a rod with boost. I'm lowering it back down to 6600.

Stock exhaust? any other intake mods like a spacer?

nice keith... fist time i see good pics of your car...
good luck with the numbers....8psi is on the high side for stock block but i guess you know that
hope you eventually build your block (and i dont mean that because it blows, but so you can push the gt35r further)

I thought the general 'consensus' was 9psi was the 'limit' on stock DE block Also the amount of power you are pushing? I use those terms in '' VERY loosely

I'm going for .6 bar and feels slow as **** at 6 psi. There WILL be a before and after dyno done this time

I am running AAM single exhaust and I do have the PL spacer. The reflash smoothed allot of things out and bumped my redline up, just 200rpm though.

Thanks allot man. I have been trying to get some good pics but weather in MD sucks. I know I am kinda pushing it for the stock block, but we will se how long she lasts. Building is allready in the works . Just want to have some fun this summer with this setup. BTW how is ur car coming along?

Keith - correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can just turn up the boost 3lbs and expect the tune to be spot on. It seems like you were near the top of the accepted max boost on a DE already, or do you have an HR?

Be careful, this is what people mean when they says boost is like crack. You turn it up for a bit more power and then.... BOOM!!

That graph looks very fun!!!, be careful though ..... a blown block you can't send in for a core charge if you build it haha!!!!!

Also PL doesn't make a single kit ( let alone a twin kit ) for the HR.....us HR guys are stuck w/ twins.... Shucks ::snaps fingers::

Cass007 by the way.... i wanna see your car get tuned....let Jon know or PM me when your thinking it will...I'll roll down too !!!! ( I'll keep Dave's dog company while your on the dyno )

Its a long story but I did not turn the boost up. Basicly the evc was thought to be "uncalliberated", when actually a few vac lines were pinched. So someone thought that since it was not calliberated that 11lbs on the evc whould actually be 8. Which didnt turn out to be the case. Like I said it is a long story and the car was not meant to be run on 11lbs. I know its like crack, trust me when I tell you that i dont touch the EVC once its tuned.
