for CJ Motorsports for helping out not alot of manufactors would help out a DIYer like that Now get back to work I am waiting for a twin pump set up from you/Forged

Boosted, sorry for jacking the thread a bit here


Phunk - I already installed the Walbro per your specs. I assume that anything I did (drilling out jets) doesn't need to be undone for the return system? Also, is there any difference between yours and AAM's return system, other than being $50 cheaper ?

you are correct, the mods are related to the walbro pump itself, and not the return fuel system! of course, with a return system, you dont need to drill the regulator, because its gone!

its hard for me to comment on the AAM kit since it has been a very long time since i peeked into what they are doing. i can speak for older versions of their systems, but i know they have updated it along the way and at this point i dont know where they are with it.

boosted probe,

why don't you weld -6AN fittings onto both ends of the stock fuel rails instead of using adapter on one end? If you are going to weld fittings on one end, why not do both ends?

Yes, that would work well too I gess, and would be very simple. Didn't really think much about that. Thanks.
