GTM customer service
Hello everyone
Just wanted to let everyone know of my experience so far with GTM. I called today about the twin turbo kit to get some info on it for my 370z. When talking to the guy (sorry can't remember his name) he can tell I had some concerns about the kit so he took my name and phone number and said he would have someone specializing in that give me a call. Well less then 15 mins i received another phone call and we started chatting about the kit, and he was answering all my questions and concerns. i started asking between which kit he would think was best the stage one or two and he was telling me the difference and how the stage 2 offered more room for growth. The part that pleased me was at no point at all was i pressured and I felt like at anytime I could have said hey thanks for the info and i will think about it, with out a sales men pitch getting thrown out at me. Now to me personally I think that is awsome not to be rushed or persuaded into something that you think you might regret buying. After I told him that i wanted the stage 2 kit he said he was going to give me a call back in a hour with all the numbers and to make sure everything was in stock(another plus to me wants to make sure i know everything upfront before taking my money). Well i must say,at the 1 hour mark sure as hell my phone rang and he had all the info i needed. After a little more talking he wanted to make sure that i did some research on everything and i told him that i was reading a post by a guy on our form that had a 370 nismo and some guy Sam was the one that installed it(sorry can't remember the members name lol have to look it up).Well come to find out thats who I was talking to. Sam took the time to ask me the questions that I didn't think others would have, between installation, and others. I must say customer service at this place is frigging awsome and for now on all my shopping will be conducted there. I am the type that can not put a price on solid customer service with people taking the time with no rush to explain to me how to do something and to make sure if that is what i want/need. I am pretty sure alot of you guys who been doing this for a little while now have probably dealed with them, but i just wanted to let everyone know of my experience with them.
I am now impatiently waiting for my New stage 2 twin turbo kit
Sam Thanks a lot for your help and taking the time to explain everything to me.

No idea who the guy could be with the TT Nismo, but that sounds awesome!
Sam is definitely willing to take the time with clients, that is for certain. In truth, with as many people as he deals with, from all over the world and in different time zones, Sam rarely has time to sleep. Time, itself, is his most precious commodity and even then he has no qualms with sharing it with you when you have questions or concerns. Hell, I've even received texts updating me on my car while I am asleep at 6am...this is 3am his time! I honestly do not see how he does it. But, I am very grateful that he does.

my experiences with GTM have also been great. Sam was even willing to discuss a GTM part I bought second hand and took the time to call me to thank me for my business when I ordered the oil cooler online. Good luck with the stage 2 install, have you set forth a whp goal? I'm personally waiting for their S/C kit.

my goal is going to be around 430-480 rwhp. For the street and the occasional track i think this is perfect. I also just got off the phone today with Sam and I am also going to be getting a exhaust just waiting for him to email me about it. Funny that you mention the oil cooler I also after today reading alot of post been really considering in getting one of those also. I guess another thing I am going to call SAM about lol. I must be driving him nuts with all the calls, I am going to have to mail him a thank you card and a Christmas card when the season comes.
