Default I'll be joining the HR TT community :)

Ordered my Greddy TT from the forum and I'm pretty anxious for it to arrive. Since this is going to be my first FI car ever, I've been doing a ton of research and also checking up various build threads that have been posted here. Despite all my reading, I still have a couple questions. I've been trying to figure out which parts I need for the install, here's what I came up with so far:

Essential Mods:
- Return Fuel System (Thinking about the GTM)
- New Fuel Pump
- New injectors, I'll probably go with DW 600cc
- Pair of BOV's
- Gauges
- EMS (Utec maybe?)

Performance Mods Right Now:
- HKS HiPower
- Stillen Gen 3 Intakes
- JWT clutch/flywheel

From the research I've done, those are the essential parts that should be able to get me up and running. I'll be running low boost (8psi) until I build my motor sometime next year. Looking forward to any advice offered. Thanks.

I think you are limited to a UpRev flash for tuning with the HR - or a Haltech with a custom harness...

Haltech is out of my price range for now. I was also looking into the Osiris Tuner System.

I am not very familiar with uprev and the HRs but I remember reading somewhere that they actually fixed all the " bugs ". Unless im missing something..

Not sure if UTEC even works on HR. Uprev might be your only real choice.

sell the intakes and HKS and use that money for the GTM 3" dual exhaust. dont forget to upgrade the clutch. id go bigger on the injectors that way you have it over engineered for down the road if you want to go for big power. and yes if you cant go with an standalone ems uprev is your best choice. oil cooler wouldnt be a bad idea along with big radiator.

COBB cut off all support for the 350Z370Z. Your best bet is Uprev Osiris.

So Osiris it is then.

Yeh I will be selling my intakes, but I'm not to keen on selling my HKS and moving to a GTM exhaust. I love the way my HKS looks, especially with my bumper tuck. I don't mind sacrificing a bit of performance so I can keep my HKS.

As for the injectors, I can probably bump up to 1000cc. I do plan on going for a big power down the road. I have a SPEC super twin but I took it out because it kept blowing my slave cylinder. It blew it like 5 times!! I haven't had that issue since I switched to the JWT setup.

I'm just looking to get the kit on the car and enjoy it a bit before the winter hits.

No need to sell the HKS. It works just fine. You might want to look into the newly designed CSC by CuztompartZ. He also has some nice clutch/flywheel combos at a fair price.

1000cc is a bit overkill, and will likely cause startup/idle irregularity with UPREV. 600cc and a fuel return will be more than enough and keep startup and idle much more controllable.

Also try to look to other HR builds and see what's missing in your list.

Some pics of the build, I'll try to post more later. Started on Tuesday and finished it on Friday. Just waiting on my BOVs from Z1Auto, should be coming in on Monday. I'll be tuning it at Performance Motorsports in the 2 weeks.
