My Vortech let loose after about 20k miles. Vortech is the only one that can work on it. They will not let any of their dealer shops work on them. They had the unit for 4 weeks before they even looked at it. When they finally did they said I just need to buy a new unit. Then they said I need to wire the money & they will ship a new unit immediately. Wired the money & then they shipped it a week later. It was a total of 5 weeks so do not expect any customer service from those guys. I just got rid of my SC setup and went with a turbo. It makes way more HP & TQ and the cost will be close to the same. Just my 2 cents.

Like I said earlier, its good to know your power goals. I want a 400+ RWHP car as a daily driver. The Vortech has been great for me. It has been on my car 7 yrs and have had 0 issues with the SC itself. Have replaced the cog belt once, drive belts twice, and had the blow off valve rebuilt once by Vortech.
