Default Question about boost controllers and external wastegates

Hi, this is my first post here.
I am running a Greddy Twin turbo kit on my DE motor, and it's currently pushing around 5 psi of boost. I don't have a boost controller on the car but I am thinking of getting one (AEM truboost) and buying the other springs for the wastegates (TIAL/Greddy).
Would this work? I want to be able to push 20 psi of boost when I want to (My current build is more than capable) but obviously not all the time and I want to be able to turn it back down to around 5 psi after. Can someone let me know if this would work if they have already done it? Thanks!

That is exactly how boost controllers work, but it is not recommended to go over double spring pressure. If you want a max of 20, you need to run a 10 lb spring.

20psi is quite a bit of boost in these motors. That would likely put you deep in the 600s. I also don't recall that the greddy twin kits are efficient at all at those pressures and you will likely run into other issues.
