08 G35 Sedan and 03 350Z, interchangeable parts?

Juat got myself a 08 G35 sedan and was wondering how similar is it to my 03 Z. For example, will my Brembo brakes fit the G? Are my LMGT4s have an acceptable offset to the G?

coz was thinking of getting the Z some new shoes and BBK

The rims will work, as long as the offsets aren't insane. The brakes could, but don't quote me on that.
