I have a red 2006 G35 coupe, Automatic with black interior. I decided after a while, I really wanted a manual. So, I went looking for other G35's. And now, I have found another 2006 coupe, with a 6spd..and it's the Silverstone with black interior. It has the sport package with better wheels and front bumper. (Look at pics and you'll see). But, this G35 has 48k miles on it.
Now, it is owned by a small dealership..and the owner of it made me an offer for a straight up trade, along with me paying an extra $560..for chaning the titles and plates and what not..
I'm just wondering if I should go for this, or refuse to pay extra considering mine has lower mileage, and really automatics are supposed to sell for more.
Pics below:

if the $560 the dealbreaker tell the dealer that, and i'm sure they'll accomodate if it means the sale

maybe he knows something about the G on his lot that you dont? but i mean if i felt it was a good trade, even if his car was worth the same, paying that 500 is a fair deal for a trade you want with little or no work on your end (i.e. car hunting, paying for carfax, etc)
if you guys havent discussed numbers yet i'd tell him to pay for my tag transfer/taxes etc...its a red G with low(er) miles which is guarenteed to sell to a middled aged woman for a nice profit on his end...tell him trade plus 1k on his end if he doesnt budget after a few days leave it there are tons of deals out there ready to get made
I would do just about anything to get rid of a Red G car. Nice cars, just the color screams I am going way to fast & I might be GHEy, if I was a male driving this car. The silver stone G is a trade up

I'd do a straight up trade but I wouldn't pay for $560 for changing the plates and what not.. Just walk and offer them a straight trade w/o the $560 fee and be firm.. I'm sure they'll eventually give in..

Just think of it this way, you pay $560 and don't have to deal with the trouble of selling your car. That is always a PITA for me.
If you really don't like the miles, keep looking. For the last couple of months, I was looking for a G35 here in NC and there are some great deals out there. The downside is you might miss out on one that you really want while you are waiting to sell yours.
