Default Is my spoiler warped? whats going on here?

For sure its peeling off my trunk, looks like its only attached with 2 bolts and tape? Putting downward pressure on it does not easily move it back to the surface of the trunk lid. Not sure if this was factory installed or previous owner did it possibly drilling the mounting holes too close together? any ideas?

Im taking it apart now, looks like a bad custom install.
Need to figure out whats wrong with the factory real window tail light, doesn't look like they disconnected it so i'm not sure whats going on and im probably going to need that to pass inspection because i'm taking this spoiler off before ir falls off while driving

Was the front held on by 3m tape? Also I would think there would be atleast 4 screws holding it on. (two on each side)

Yes, it was. Answer to my question is it is warped and also improperly installed. It no longer sits flush against the trunk.
