I may end up getting their TP's if I manage to keep the Z. I'm leaving the oem's on after my horrible experience. My right cat blew out, and they apparently had lots of cracks. Pickin up my car in the morning with the stockers back on. I'll post pics.

My BERK'S failed within a year, my coupe was tuned by SpecialtyZ. I have less than 38K miles on my clock and only drive 5K miles a year. I feel like I wasted $400 on HFCs I was told would pass smog. May as well go with ART pipes and swap them out when I need to pass smog tests...

hey, how would i know if the HFC have failed on me? Would there be a distinct and noticeable sound difference?

Because I've had mine on for about 3 years or so and I havent checked down there since then.

I've noticed my car acting strange (weak start up, CRAP fuel economy). any chance busted HFC could be the cause?

You might hear some rattling from the chunks of the core bouncing around. Or your exhaust might spit out chunks of it out the tailpipe.
