Plenum Spacer and Short Ram Intake
Hello, this is my first post on here so here goes:
I have a 2004 350z, I've put in a handful of modifications including Plenum Spacer, Megan Racing coilovers, etc. I just ordered a short ram intake, and my buddy told me that because of the plenum spacer, the car may bog down when I hit higher rpm with the intake and plenum spacer both installed because more air will be pulled in. It runs fine with the oem intake on. Will I need to get an aftermarket maf sensor? Not sure what to do if this does happen, any suggestions? Thank you all in advance!

A couple of weeks ago I had a plenum spacer, aftermarket Y pipe, and cold air intake installed at the same time. My 2004 Z doesn't bog down at higher RPM- it actually pulls harder. I do need a tune though because I'm running lean. I suggest you get a tune after your short ram intake is installed. I'm getting my tune ASAP.
As far as posting in the intake section: a moderator will probably move this post to that section at some point.
