Default Nismo Cold Air Intake CAI
I have a used genuine Nismo Cold Air Intake that I removed when I installed my Vortech supercharger. It comes with all the couplers and clamps as pictured, I am keeping the MAF tube though. The MAF adapter is included. The filter is a Spectre brand cone filter. It is in good shape with normal wear and tear. I am asking $180.

So since this won't have the MAF tube does this mean it wouldn't be useable until that part has been sourced? Also what motor is this for? DE?

Yes, that is correct. Your current intake has the MAF tube, it is reused from the stock system. It is for a DE. Thanks!
