Incomplete Injen CAI, 1/2" plenum spacer

I'll start with the intake. It was given to me when I bought other parts for my Z since he didn't own a Z anymore. Figured I might be able to use it. I'd call up Injen and source the other parts I need to install it but I have to save up for a Winter car so someone else will have to make use of it!

$80 shipped to Canada/48 States or best offer for the intake.

Secondly, the plenum spacer. It too was given to me. I'm not sure of the brand since I didn't buy it myself and I don't see any markings. All I know is that it's a 1/2" plenum spacer. It came with a bag of hardware which I assume is what you need to install it. The hardware can be seen in the photo.
