Sorry no.
it comes with just the harness bar.
i think you can find instruction online. Or from other manufacturers

Maybe stronger structure.
but you need this to mount your harness in a correct position

I deleted my previous post because I ignored this bar is to fit a 4/5 points seat belt. I do think it might improve the rigidity of the structure..
