I purchased the housing a little while ago with intentions of swapping these onto my 03 but have changed my mind and plan to get a set custom done. With that said, I have never mounted these onto my car.
None of the tabs are broken. The passenger side does have a small crack in the housing but I don't think it affects the integrity of the headlights (pictured below).
The lenses on both are starting to get hazy but would clean up pretty well if polished.
I purchased the wiring harness, bulbs, and ballasts with intentions to use with these lights. I never installed them so I decided to test everything before selling it. Every single light works except the main headlight on the driver side. I have included pictures of every light that does work as proof.
The passenger side does have what looks like a very small burn mark on it, its very small so hard to notice when mounted. And the chrome on the inside of the passenger side looks like it is beginning to wear off, not sure what caused it but I have shown pictures of that as well.

And to anybody else concerned about the bulb that does not light up: I am unsure if the bulb or the ballast is bad. I simply plugged them in as they were and that one did not light up.
